Grand Rivers is host to several events each year that attracts thousands of visitors to “The Village Between The Lakes”. Many vendors attend these events selling everything for gourmet coffees and concessions to hand-crafted novitiates and everything in between.

Grand Rivers Quilt Show
The Grand Rivers Quilt Show is held each year in April during the National Quilt Week Show in Paducah, Kentucky. Vendors selling quilting supplies, beauty products, and more attend this event. This four day show is one attracts over 800 visitors each year. The show takes place at the Grand Rivers Community Center and vendor space is available both indoors and outdoors.
Grand Rivers Golf Cart Poker Run
The Golf Cart Poker Run is held each year on the third Friday of August. The poker run is sponsored by First Kentucky Bank in Grand Rivers and all profits from the event are donated to the local Kentucky Special Olympics. Participants with the best and worst hand wins cash prizes and 25 lucky participants get the chance to win $25,000 for themselves and KY Special Olympics. Registeration is available online.
Grand Rivers Arts & Crafts Festival
Not only the largest but also the longest running Arts & Crafts Show in the Region. The show takes place at Little Lake Park in Grand Rivers over Labor Day weekend. This three-day show draws 12,000 visitors each year along with vendors from all over the United States. Vendors must be approved by a committee prior to vendor acceptance. All items must be hand-made. Previous year vendors always have the first choice to attend with registration opening to the public after April 1 each year to fill any space that is available.
Grand Rivers Fish Fry & King Kat Fishing Tournament
Does your restaurant, organization or group have what it takes to be named “Best Fried Fish In The Lakes Area”? Or, do you love eating some the best fish in the south? Then you must attend the Grand Rivers, Cabela’s Fish Fry Festival. This Fish Fry Festival takes place in Little Lake Park the third weekend of September. The weekend includes Fried Fish, live entertainment, demonstrations, and more. On Saturday the Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shop’s family host the King Kat Fishing Tournament Trail in Grand Rivers. Weigh-in is at Little Lake Park, plus a kid’s fishing rodeo, and much more. Food and retail vendors are welcome for this three day outdoor event.
Grand Rivers Hunter’s Moon Festival
Thousands of people attend the Grand Rivers Hunter’s Moon Festival the second Saturday of each October. Food and Retail vendors fill Little Lake Park for this one day event that includes a parade, games, and a street dance. Celebrated since 1977, the Hunter’s Moon Festival has become the Fall Event of the Lakes Area.
