Booth Space/Location & Area
  • You are reserving a 20'x10' vendor space in an area. Areas are Sidewalk or Meadow.
  • The Grand Rivers Chamber of Commerce makes every effort to place vendors in the space/location/booth number requested. Due to terrain, space limitations, and/or festival layout when marking physical spaces, booth locations may differ than locations on the map.
  • Map is not to scale and may differ slightly from the actually physical location. Map should be used only as a general reference
  • Grand Rivers Chamber of Commerce does not guarantee that the booth location chosen on the map will be exact to the physical location. Grand Rivers Chamber reserves to move any vendor location as needed without vendor consent or prior approval.
    Power & Generators
  • Craft vendors in sidewalk area with electric are provide with at least 1 / 110v standard plug (two are available at most spots)
  • The use of generators is strictly prohibited in the meadow or sidewalk area.
    Vehicles/Trailers/Parking
  • Paid Vendor Parking is limited and must be purchased at the time of registration. Only vendors with a parking permit may park inside the festival area
  • The small lot where the restrooms are located, behind vendor booths, the small lot behind the Village Market, are all consider ïnside the festival area" and requires a paid parking permit.
  • Trailers parked within the festival area must have a trailer permit.
  • Vendors are asked to park at the ballfield, the far end of the city parking lot, or on the " outskirts" of town and use the shuttle service provided in an effort to leave closer parking for attendees and vendor shoppers
  • All vehicles must be out of the festival by 8:30 AM each day of the festival. Absolutely no driving in the meadow or festival area until the gates have been closed for at least 30 minutes
    Refund Policy
  • No Refunds will be issued after registration and vendor fees are submitted.
  • Vendor Cancelation Protection "Insurance" may be purchased at the time of registration. The Cancelation Protection will allow vendors to the right to cancel booth space upto 21 days prior to the set-up day of the event and receive a 100% refund of the base vendor fee. Processing fees and protection policy fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund exception, returning vendors that book their previous space but, books and pays for a second space in order to change locations, between April 1 - April 7, will be refunded the base vendor fee on the first space booked. Processing fees are not refundable.
    Booth Set Up Times
    STARTING IN 2024 - ALL VENDORS WILL BE GIVEN A SPECIFIC SET UP TIME
  • Sidewalk vendors will be assigned a 30 minute window to unload merchandise and supplies before they are required to move their vehicle.
  • Meadow Vendors will be given a specific time to unload and will have 1 hour to unload before being required to move their vehicle.
  • Sidewalk vendors arriving after their setup time will be required to handcart all items to the booth space. Meadow vendors arriving after their allotted time will be required to handcart items or wait until after the meadow is cleared before driving to the booth space.
    This festival grows and improves each year. In order to accommodate the growing number of attendees, and in fairness to all vendors, procedures or practices that may have been acceptable or allowed in previous years may not be allowed for the current year. The Chamber of Commerce strives to make the Arts & Crafts Festival as smooth, enjoyable, and profitable as possible for all vendors while creating a pleasant, enjoyable, and easy event for attendees. To achieve a level of excellence for all parties involved in this festival the Chamber reserves the right adjust any policies, practices, or procedures as needed and determined by the Grand Rivers Chamber of Commerce.
  • Vendors are required to attend all three days of the festival.In the event that a vendor sales out of product before 3 PM on Monday, the vendor shall be present and offer information about the products. Booth must be open to the public no later than 9 AM each day of the show and close no earlier than 5 PM on Saturday and Sunday and 3 PM on Monday.
