The Grand Rivers Trunk-Or-Treat will be on Monday, October 31, 2022 at the Grand Rivers Community Center located at 155 West Cumberland Avenue. Doors open at 5 PM and the event lasts until 7 PM. Treat Booth spaces are available inside, and outside on the covered porch. Space indoors is 8' x 8' and includes 8' table(s), outdoor space includes 1, 8' table and 2 chairs. Treat stations may also be set-up in vehicles, on golf carts, or side-by-sides around the community center in the parking lot. Participants are encourage to decorate their booth and dress in costume to hand out treat however, it is not required. The best booth (inside, outside, or vehicle) will win a trophy and $100! Second Place $50 and ribbon, Third Place $25 and ribbon. Registering for booth space is FREE and can be canceled if needed.


Treat booths may provide any item that they would like to trick-or-treaters with the exception of homemade edible items unless made onsite at the booth. Candy, activity books, small prize toys, etc. are acceptable. All candy must be individual wrapped.


This is the fifth year for the Grand Rivers Trunk-Or-Treat. Each year the number of attendees has doubled with 800 (including adults) in attendance in 2021. We recommend that each treat station be prepared to provide treats for 500 trick-or-teaters this year. The Grand Rivers Chamber & Tourism, will have extra treats on-hand if needed.

Registration & Set-Up

Registeration is not required and anyone is welcome to set-up the day of the event without registering. Registering does help Grand Rivers Tourism & Chamber to execute a successful event and is greatly appreciated. Indoor Set-up will be from 10 - 8 on Sunday, October 30, and 8 - 4 on Monday, October 31. Outdoor set-up will be from 12 - 4 on Monday, October 31. Treat stations can set-up anytime during these times. Booths/Treat Stations will be judged and awarded the $100 prize at 4:30 on October 31 before the doors open at 5 PM.
