Grand Rivers is the Northern entrance to the Land Between The Lakes. If you’re looking for trails, we have them – hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV, and water trails. Dozens of miles of hiking trails are scattered throughout the recreation area. Biking adventurers will enjoy several challenging trails through the National park. Well over 200 miles of trails await your discovery! Together, Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley form the largest body of water between the Great Lakes and the Gulf of Mexico. With over 210,000 acres of water, Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley provide plenty of room for fishing, boating, and outdoor recreation.

Grand Rivers is home to some of the biggest and best events and festivals in the lakes area. Annually the Labor Day Arts & Crafts Festival, the longest-running and largest Arts & Crafts Festival in the region entertains 12,000+ attendees. Each Spring the season kicks off with the “Bluegrass, Brew, & BBQ Festival” and the annual Quilt Show. In October Grand Rivers celebrates the oldest of its festivals, “The Hunter’s Moon Festival” and “The Festival of Lights” lights up the holidays in November. In addition to these great annual festivals, Summer events like street dance, golf cart poker run, golf cart drive-in movie, and classic car cruise-ins entertain guests of all ages.
