Discover Grand Rivers Events As A Vendor

Grand Rivers, Kentucky is home to some of the best events and festivals in the Western Kentucky lakes region. Many of the annual events and festivals are open to vendors. Numerous vendors report that the events held in Grand Rivers is the best event they attend each year. Here is a list of the festivals that vendors have an oppurtunity to attended. Most vendor applications and fees can be taken care of from this page.

Grand Rivers Quilt Show – April 22 – 25, 2020

The Grand Rivers Quilt Show is hosted in the Grand Rivers Community Center and is a four-day event. The event is attended by visitors from all over the United States and Internationally.   Vendor space is available for fabric, sewing, quilting, art, and other quilt related vendors. Outdoor and indoor space is available. Food vendors are not accepted at this event and any vendors selling scented or fragance items are welcomed in outdoor vendor space only. 

Marina Day Celebration – 3rd Saturday In August

The annual Marina Day Celebration takes place at Green Turtle Bay Resort each year on the 3rd Saturday of August. The one-day event host blow-ups, games, shows and activities for families to enjoy. Vendors are accepted at this event and applications are available by contacting Green Turtle Bay’s event coordinator. 

Labor Day Arts & Crafts Festival

Grand Rivers is host to the lakes area’s largest and longest running Arts & Crafts Festival. The festival is held each year Saturday, Sunday & Monday of Labor Day Weekend. The festival host over 120 vendors, live-entertainment, speciality foods and over 12,000 attendees each year. The Arts & Crafts Festival is a “juried” show and only approved vendors may attend. Previous year vendors are given the first right of space refusal until April 7 each year.

King Kat Trail & Fish Fry – September 25 – 27, 2020

The Cabela’s Bass Pro Shops, King Kat Trail and Grand Rivers Fish Fry will be held the last weekend of September. The event began in 2019 with new attractions added for 2020. The TVA Mobile Aquirium which draws several hundred people will be present at the 2020 event. Additionally, live entertainment is scheduled for all three-days, a fish fry on Friday and Saturday, vendors, family activities and more on Saturday. Food vendors, craft vendors and retail vendors are accepted at this event. Saturday is the day vendors are advertised however, vendors may choose to set-up all three days at no additonal cost.

Hunter’s Moon Festival – October 10, 2020

A hometown tradition since 1977, the Hunter’s Moon Festival is one of the largest fall events each year. A few thousand visitors come to Grand Rivers the second Saturday in October to enjoy vendors in the park, the main street parade, family friendly activities and live-entertainment. Retail and Food vendors can complete applications online. This one-day is event is one that is a “must do” for all types of vendors.  

Holiday Artisan Market – November 14, 2020

“The best Holiday Market event”, “Best attendance of any holiday show we participate in”, and “Easy set-up, greatly organized, and wonderful sales”, are a few of the vendor comments from previous year shows. This one-day event is hosted in the Grand Rivers Community Center with indoor and outdoor vendor space available. Craft, speciality vendors, and food vendors are welcome to apply to the be a part of this show. This is a judged show and product approval is required for application acceptance.
