The “Bluegrass, Beer, & BBQ” Fest in Grand Rivers, Kentucky will be centered around celebrating that great sound! Kentucky Shine 11 AM
From Owensboro, Kentucky “Kentucky Shine” is one of the finest sounds in Bluegrass music.
A mix of hard driving originals and covers, Kentucky Shine will kick-off the Bluegrass, Beer, & BBQ Fest!
King’s Highway 2 PM
Keeping to the traditional side of bluegrass music for over 10 years. Inspired by Bill Monroe, Flatt and Scruggs, Red Allen and more, “King’s Highway” will perform the rich sounds that Bluegrass music has been known for this it’s Kentucky roots were set.
Fiddler – Ian Bastida 4PM
From Celtic to Country & Bluegrass, Ian Bastida is one of the area’s best fiddle players. This Western Kentucky native will delight and amaze you with the sounds he can make with his fiddle.
The Gaslight Boys 5 PM
Ranging from a wide array of traditional and nontraditional influences. “The Gaslight Boys”, is a 4 piece Roots/String Band from Owensboro, Kentucky. The Gaslight Boys will be taking the stage at 5 PM to keep the Bluegrass sounds going into the evening.
The Wheelhouse Rousters 6:30 PM
The Wheelhouse Rousters draw not only their moniker and musical style from the river and it’s industry, but their ebb and flow of energy. Focusing on long forgotten songs gathered by Mary Wheeler of Paducah, KY, the Rousters give a new twist to old tones
With our long history of bourbon distilling, it’s only fitting that the Bluegrass State has joined the craft beer movement, too. Kentucky is home to several craft breweries, many of which are experimenting with bourbon, fruits and other homegrown ingredients to create beers with uniquely Kentucky flavor.
